The Challenge
Walker’s Shortbread is a Scottish manufacturer of shortbread, biscuits, cookies and crackers. The company’s well-known shortbread is baked in the Moray village of Aberlour, following a recipe developed by Joseph Walker in 1898.
B2B to B2C
Although its primary channels were B2B, Walker’s Shortbread wanted to move its business model to a more B2C focused model, building on online sales that had risen in the pandemic.

However, its website and processes were struggling to build on the rise and were losing new customers from the highs achieved.
