The Challenge


Snap Finance is an innovative Fintech that provides consumer loans to customers who may have difficulty obtaining credit through traditional lending channels. The company was established in the UK in 2017 and is based in Milton Keynes. As part of the global Snap family, it serves over 3 million customers worldwide and works with over 20,000 retailers. Snap leverages technology to offer products to individuals and provides consumers and retailers with a one-stop-shop for borrowing and purchasing needs

ONLINE ENGAGEMENT

Snap Finance needed expert technology consultancy to help map out its online engagement with is clients.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT KIT

They needed a Software Development Kit (SDK) to allow its in house development team in Puerto Rico to develop a widget to enable its customers to buy seamlessly online.

The Project


PureNet delivered an in-depth consultancy project to detail offerings and improve interactions with its customers. PureNet provided full design and UX for complex user journeys via a payment widget. The project adopted a ‘mobile first’ approach, followed by desktop designs provided as a Software Developer Kit (SDK) to allow Snap’s own offshored development team to continue to build across its digital suite.

The SDK has enabled the Snap Finance in-house team to deliver a first-class web sign up experience that boosted uptake by 23% over one year. We are now working on a series of extensions and plugins to aid take up still further.
